Raised in Louisiana, Arlitha was shaped by a culture known for its deep sense of Southern hospitality, a quality that lives at the heart of every client experience. From the moment you book your first session, her goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and cared for.
With a lifelong passion for helping others, Arlitha has served in many capacities, including previous work supporting communities through natural disasters with the United States Department of Homeland Security. That same spirit of service led her into wellness.
As a massage therapist, wellness practitioner, clinical aromatherapist, and former athlete, she understands firsthand the physical demands stress, movement, and everyday life place on the body. Her approach blends therapeutic bodywork with nervous system support, recovery practices, and whole-body care to help clients rest, recover, and renew.
Arlitha is also a proud volunteer coach with the Omaha Aces Youth Basketball Program, where she supports youth athletes in stretching, sports recovery, body awareness, and performance preparation. Her work with athletes reflects her commitment to education, prevention, and long-term wellness.

What Clients Are Saying

"Arlitha's touch reminded me of the comfort and care my grandmother gave me as a child. It was one of the most emotionally relaxing wellness experiences that I've had.
Jane Faber, New York

"As an athlete, recovery is important for me because I play year-round sports. Arlitha always makes me feel comfortable during my sports massage sessions. As she works she explains the different body parts and techniques to me. She even comes to some of my games to check on me and gave me massages after weekend tournaments.
- A'Leila

"I never knew how much I needed this until I experienced it. The aromatherapy and luxurious body care products have transformed my self-care routine. I deal with eczema and need to be careful not to apply products that cause flares. Arlitha crafted a magnesium body lotion using my favorite scent, Jasmine, that was easy on my skin. I have already ordered it for the second time. I highly recommend!"
Samantha L.

"The Hot Stone massage Arlitha gave me was just what I needed. I drive an 18- wheeler and often deal with low back pain, shoulder/arm pain, and stiffness. The hot stones felt like my tissue was just melting. I felt so relaxed and could not keep my eyes open during this massage. I highly recommend anyone on the fence about getting a massage to book with Arlitha.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of massage services do you offer?
We offer customized bodywork because no two bodies carry stress, tension, or fatigue the same way.
Rooted in Southern hospitality and intentional care, each session is thoughtfully designed to meet your body where it is on the day you arrive. Your experience may include relaxation-based Swedish massage, deeper therapeutic work, structural integration techniques, posture or gait assessment, Synergy Stones, hot towels, botanical oils, and targeted glass cupping when needed.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatments, we take the time to listen to your body and create a session that supports the care, comfort, and recovery you need most.
Whether you are carrying the weight of stress, overworked muscles, physical fatigue, or simply need a moment to rest, our goal is to provide a space where healing feels personal, restorative, and welcoming.
Are your wellness products suitable for all skin types?
Because every person’s skin is different, we take time to consider skin texture, dryness, sensitivities, and overall skin condition before recommending or creating customized wellness products. During bodywork sessions, skin quality can often give important insight into hydration needs, sensitivity, and areas that may benefit from additional care.
As part of our wellness approach, we may incorporate botanical carrier oils such as jojoba, rosehip, calendula, and other skin-supportive oils based on your body’s needs and comfort level.
For customized products such as body polishes and specialty blends, a skin consultation is required before formulation to help ensure the best fit for your skin and wellness goals. Aromatherapy consultations are also available for clients seeking a more personalized approach to at-home body care.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and the time of other scheduled clients, all appointments require prepayment at the time of booking.
Because appointment times are held specifically for each client, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours will result in a $30 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the prepayment. Any remaining balance may be transferred to a gift card for future use.
No-call, no-show appointments are considered forfeited and are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time in order to respect the clients scheduled after you. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will remain subject to the cancellation policy. In some cases, late arrivals may receive focused bodywork only rather than a full-body session based on the remaining time available.
These policies are in place to protect the time, preparation, and care intentionally reserved for every client and to ensure fairness and consistency in the wellness experience.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We ask that all first-time clients arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the required health intake forms and allow time for consultation. This gives us the opportunity to better understand your wellness goals, areas of concern, and how your body may be holding stress, tension, or imbalance.
Arriving early helps ensure your scheduled session time is protected and allows you to receive the full hands-on experience you booked.
Please note that intake and consultation time are included within your appointment window. Arriving late or without completed paperwork may reduce the amount of table time available for your session.
Give your body the care it deserves through intentional bodywork, recovery, and restorative wellness designed with you in mind.
